TORNEO DE PESCA PUERTO LOBOS CABORCA SONORA

Amigos con gusto les comparto las bases  y convocatoria para el Torneo de pesca este 5 de octubre en Puerto Lobos Caborca, Sonora.

Tercer Torneo de Pesca Puerto Lobos, Caborca, Sonora 2019

Bases y Reglamento

1. El registro para participar será de $600.00 pesos por participante.
2. Las inscripciones se realizarán en Puerto Lobos el 4 de oct de 15:00 hrs. a 20:00 hrs.
3. Cada embarcación se registrará con un número y el responsable tendrá la obligación de checar salida y retorno.
4. Lugar de salida para todos sin excepción será del embarcadero.
5. Toda embarcación pasará a revisión antes de salir y al regreso.
6. Este torneo se llevará a cabo en la modalidad individual.
7. El torneo se efectuará exclusivamente con caña.
8. Cada embarcación podrá llevar una caña extra solo por embarcación.
9. Cada unidad determina la cantidad indispensable de participantes por embarcación.
10. Cada uno de los tripulantes  deberán pagar su inscripción excepto el capitán mismo que no podrá ejercer la pesca salvo si paga su inscripción.
11. El Mar de Cortéz, Puerto Lobos será el área específica del torneo.
12. La modalidad será de fondo o troleo
13. Participan todas las especies excepto las especies en veda y/o en peligro de extinción. El participante solo presentará una especie.

14.  Es responsabilidad de los participantes conocer, respetar, aceptar y acatar  las normas y reglas del torneo.

15. La hora de salida será de 6:00 hrs. y el retorno a las 16:00 hrs. contrario a este horario será motivo de descalificación.
16. Para la calificación se tomará en cuenta el pez de mayor peso las capturas se registrarán durante el día hasta la fecha y hora de cierre señalada. (5 de octubre 16:00 hrs.)
17. En caso de empate el primero en ser pesado será el ganador.
18. El juez de báscula entregará al participante su ticket de pesaje siendo su responsabilidad verificar que el peso y hora sea la correcta.
19. Cualquier amenaza, maltrato y lenguaje inadecuado, hacia los organizadores o participantes será motivo suficiente para descalificarlo.
20. El director del torneo tendrá la facultad de realizar los cambios necesarios o cancelación del evento por motivos ajenos, meteorológicos o de cualquier otra índole.
21. Deberán entregar un número de celular para casos de emergencias, del mismo modo el comité otorgará un listado de números del comité o emergencias.
22. Quedan prohibidas la pesca de especies en veda 
23. Deberán contar con su permiso de pesca.

Transitorio: Lo no previsto en la presente será resuelto por el comité organizador y aceptado por los participantes.

Bases and Regulations

8. Each boat may carry an extra rod only per boat.
9. Each boat determines the indispensable number of participants per boat.
10. Each of the crew must pay their registration except the captain himself who cannot fish unless he pays for his registration.
11. The Sea of ​​Cortés, Puerto Lobos will be the specific area of ​​the tournament.
12. The modality will be trolling and bottom fishing
13. All species participate except for those that are in danger of extinction or protected, only one species per participant will be allowed.
14. It is the responsibility of the participants to know, respect, accept and abide the rules and regulations of the tournament.
15. The departure time will be 6:00 hrs. and the return at 16:00 hrs. contrary to this schedule will be disqualified.
16. For the qualification, will be taken into account the fish caught heavier (kilograms) as the winner. the catches  may be recorded during the day  and until the closing time indicated (October 5, 16:00 hrs.)
17. In case of a tie in weight, the first one weighed, will be the winner.
18. The scale judge will give the participant his weighing ticket, being his responsibility to verify that the weight and time is correct.
19. Any threat, abuse and inappropriate language towards the organizers or participants will be reason enough for the disqualification.
20. The tournament director have the authority to make the necessary changes or cancellation of the event due to outside, weather or other reasons.
21. The cell number will be given in the registration module, you can make calls  in case of any problem.
22. Fishing of species prohibited by the relevant authorities is prohibited.
